Early humanity was thirsty all the time.

Funny but I’m immediately reminded there are apps designed to remind people drink water which is hard for me to understand because I’ve always stayed super hydrated. I just love chugging water and always have. I remember in a college physiology class we were learning different ways to check body fat percentage like the water displacement method and bioelectrical impedance. We did a body fat test using one of those BIA scales. Those scales also estimate hydration. I was the only one in class how was above the proper threshold.

It’s been decades, but I feel like it was mandatory. This was a state college, auditorium size class. Can you imagine in 2022 asking 75 libtard twenty-year-olds to step on a fucking scale in front of everyone?

The idea is that you need to drink eight glasses of water per day and that people are constantly going around dehydrated without realizing it, which is beyond retarded.

That's because they are substituting liquid corn syrup for water.

I've been telling the same joke about Oxygen for years. Except the withdraw is far more severe in that it will kill you in minutes.

Except you don't die after 3 days of no water.

Look up dry fasting if you're not kiked up with "Muh medical white coat priest tells me ta bow before him and gib him muh blood. Den he gibs me da magic potions dat keep me a lybe."
