They have to run those? I thought all they need to do is fill in a form and they get their shit, no questions asked ever, its only whites who apply for something that need to prove they are not frauds.

insulation is a no brainer when you can install it, payback is 6 months to 3 years. A lot of UK housing stock is hard to retrofit though, like all the terraced housing is solid wall construction, and the rest are tiny detached shoe boxes built to min spec

The main reason that we can't retrofit heat pumps is that they only work on well insulated housing. The Government better get a clue and stop demanding that poor people go green first.

If we stopped importing niggers by the million then we could afford better housing
