Since most screening is now done by machines and algorithms, it's entirely possible that you could get pretty far along before a human ever reads your resume. There is a good chance the outsourced recruitment algorithms made by the cheapest foreign coders wouldn't be scanning the email address for keywords. It would probably be fun to try. Especially at places that require the vax and are having a hard time filling the job anyway. It would also be interesting to use a stereotypical black name and pepper the resume with racist language. Submit it as a nurse to a clinic somewhere in baltimore or chicago and you could probably get all the way to an in person interview.
