Critically, CO2 floats higher than clouds and covers the parts that clouds don't, this is why it's way more significant. This is also why you can precisely correlate changes in temperature and CO2 going back millions of years, with zero knowledge of cloud cover during that time, because it's not that critical, the level of CO2 is. Higher temperatures also warm the oceans, which means more water vapour, so that's a future tipping point too, but we can't easily stop cloud formation so nobody is planning on waving a towel in the air. Change to industries that produce less CO2, or let nature handle this as before by switching land back to trees and let them absorb the CO2. The only thing upsetting this cyclical balance is man.
