I think that this is for SURE BAD IDEA. At least reality show this. Now think.... every organization need leader, right? In entire human history leaders are people with great social skill, charisma, strong will, determination etc. But in very rare cases this are best people. And even if some decent man become leader he very soon will be replaced, corrupted, suppressed by shitheads which wait his moment. Now imagine worst asshole in your surrounding as leader of local militia. Someone who have power over you, your family, property, someone who can decide who will live and who will be killed. This is reality. Leftards have his delusions about communist utopia.... some 'right' wingers have same kind of illusions about some 'ideal conservative, whatever' world.
