I've done it. You're talking roughtly what would make 16 ounces of carrot juice, plus all the fiber that would be caught or destroyed by the juicer. Fewer than 400 calories unless you're adding a dip or hummus to make it more edible.

Carrots are very sweet if you aren't sugar-adapted. No need for dips.

Dips balance out the macros with fat and protein.

I prefer home-made jerky, though on the road I understand doin' it dirty.
