Carrots are very sweet if you aren't sugar-adapted. No need for dips.

Dips balance out the macros with fat and protein.

I prefer home-made jerky, though on the road I understand doin' it dirty.

Half Greek yogurt half sour cream has a GI of like, 7. Any spice makes it a dip.

Jerky is too expensive for me.
