This is Lews Therin main character of Wheel Of Time. Great fantasy book series much better than Game of Thrones, even Tolkin look boring, pale compared to these books, at least this is my opinion. There is no one clue that this dude are NOT white. None of all. He live in village with very homogenous people, every "difference" will be noticed. Like author couple times notice different races..... when such stuff are important for story. So black kid - boy will be noticed very easy. Fuck, I really love these books, now they butcher them. btw. in Books are bunch of independent, stronk, waxman..... And ALL of them have very nasty personality. ALL of them! Not because of misogyny, more because this is part of story. So, even most "positive" waxman are just human garbage, some change during books... but they remain very unpleasant. So, my advice, avoid this bullshit and read books.
