You could be right, but over the years she's attracted the same type of women as herself and more often than not the "groupthink" hasn't been all that great. She's pretty intelligent, but there seems to be an emotional/social component with them that I just don't understand.

You can say that about nearly everyone on the left.
Yeah, I've had the same thoughts, but conveniently, I think the jungle will be coming to us, many of us anyway, and probably sooner than later. I'm involved with a group of like minded individuals, and while things move slowly, they do move. At the end of the month, we're all getting our wives together for a meet and greet where we will lay out the what and why of what we do.
This all would have been much simpler had I remained single, but that's not the straw I drew.
i certainly hope she takes the serious words to heart.
