My work had a diversity training. It was in two parts. The first part came and went and had all the usual critical race theory. It was big on "viewing everything through a racial lens" and taking people's lack of privilege into account. It even had a bit that literally said expecting being able to wait in line or wait your turn to talk in a meeting were examples of "whiteness," and that it was racist to expect non-white people to be capable of the same.

So at the end, when the quiz asked us how we were going to implement the things we'd learned in our training, my answer was: "I will no longer view an employee's performance, or lack of performance, as some kind of independent property of their character. After the training I now understand that their abilities and performance are largely determined by their race. I realize that members of some races are disadvantaged compared to others and cannot be expected to perform at the same level. In the future I will develop separate employee evaluation criteria for each race on my team. Since the training also enlightened me about the racial differences in cultural practices like not interrupting others while they are speaking I will begin to hold separate meetings for staff of different racial backgrounds to avoid potential conflict."

The next phase of the training was put on hold for 8 months, and when it finally was released it was a voluntary training. LOL. Fuckin' kike niggers.
