Uhhh... Egress = + 100. ...didn't you watch the killdozer in action?
That's ingress, moving forward. Egress is escape, or moving away.
The Killdozer was such a well built machine. Steel plates with 6in of concrete sandwiched in between. Cameras wired to TVs inside, and even a little sprayer to wipe dust from the cameras. If he didn't get stuck, he could have completely destroyed any property the city had left.
If you look into the history of the situation you will find that guy was batshit crazy and looking for an excuse to kill dozer some shit. People like to romanticize what he did but truth is guy was just nutty
The only nuts thing he did was the killdozer.
If you followed the entire series of abuses and rampant property violations the city did, on top of due process violations, you'd know that leading up to this he got absolutely fucking railroaded.
With the benefit of all the information we have now (because his infamy made it impossible for city council to cover up), the city was actively working, just as he claimed, to shut down his business, and sell off his property. They did pretty much everything within their power to do this.
No he was justified. He built a shop, established a business and the town cut him off from the sewer while building a concrete plant in a place that took away his shops access. To try and fix the situation he bought the bulldozer and offered to build his own road, the town denied his request and fined him for sewage violation because he no longer had sewer (a problem they created). His only mistake was not getting out alive somehow.
