I'd say the Trans Admiral is a more devastating weapon... it's just a shame that it back-fires so badly and is ineffectual against the enemy.

It's taking unnecessary hormones, it's already unstable and putting it at the control of one of the most powerful armed forces is not exactly a good idea.
