I discriminate much more:
- I patronize local businesses while avoiding global/national chains.
- I prefer businesses that hire competent employees.
- I will hire a solo contractor over a larger corporation.
In short, I do business close to me with people I know. This actually avoids the whole problem of hiring niggers and illegal aliens.
