The real problem is school is just a prison for children so their parents can go work jobs to pay taxes to support child prisons. People should raise their own damn kids.

They had a meeting because I wasn't where they felt I should have been and ignored the fact I was reading a 500+ plus page book with 8pt font because the mini-book report we had to give was a bullshit exercise and cemented in stone that meetings were just a time waster. I swear I had some of the laziest teachers in middle school that could ruin anything if they were doing the narration.
