You're right that babies and children can't consent. It's also true that this is not something that is the Aryan way. If anyone's been cut, it is a mark of the jew or muzzie, whether by choice or not. Not saying that person had any control over it, but that man got marked as an infant. He should confront his stupid and ignorant parents about it. Tell them that they are child abusers and should be jailed for abuse.
