They define Slavic as people of the former Soviet Union

The people in the commie dominated other countries are not Slavic per the definition.

edit - What's reallly going on is Russia and Ukraine are overrun with Jews and they want representation on company boards without people seeing and labeling them as Jews. Those other slavic countries don't have significant Jew numbers to be bothered with.
