They've noticed that there are owners and creators, and labor on the other side of the equation. And that other side is disproportionately non-whites. Since races (and therefore racial differences) don't exist it can only be discrimination against the races which don't exist. Therefore, capitalism can't exist without racism against races which don't exist.
