This is pretty much a straw man argument. No legitimate pro-vax people are saying that masks, social distancing, or the vaccine are a cure and 100% effective. They're saying that it has some % of protection, by layering the protection the combined effect is greater than without. There are plenty of legitimate ways to criticize the problems with the mandates that don't include an obvious misrepresentation of what the other side's position.
