I heard this come out of a cops mouth back in the 90's. I took one of those citizen's police training courses with the local cops to see what they were up to at the time. They had some task forces openly violating peoples' Constitutional rights and that fucker defended his team's actions with that stupid phrase. That was definitely a redpill moment for me.
