Don't go all crazy and train 3+ times a week, train once a week, nice and easy and be the worst guy in there. That's all you need to effortlessly mop the floor with a nigger nursing home worker in 20 years.

Just saw a video on YouTube of a 60 year old man benching 460. It's also possible to continue getting stronger if you learn how to train without getting injured and take care of yourself.

What do you think this man will lift when he's 80, 315? You don't even need to be close to that strong to fight using skill, just not weak and frail.

Don't accept getting weak and helpless with age, it's bullshit. Testosterone in the human range has barely anything to do with muscle, it's all about keeping cells from degenerating; that is much more important. Learn about how to keep your body from aging, the science is out there.

Then you'll never need to be in a place like that because you'll be able to take care of yourself.
