I get the feeling that this judge and jury will still convict Kyle and everything leading up to the ruling is just to keep Patriots quietly watching. Unfortunately, I believe even if Kyle was currently being railroaded and labeled as a "terrorist white supremacist racist Nazi white boy" he'll still end up spending years in prison regardless of how "lenient with terms like 'victim' and 'rioter'" the courts are still gearing up to throw this man under the bus.
