It's true about the addiction. I know for me it's a genetic thing, I have actual markers in my DNA that shows exceptionally quick alcohol processing and opiates don't work for me. But, I also do not like what weed does to my thought processes and don't like the way too much alcohol feels when I can drink enough to get drunk. I would imagine if all of us were stupid enough to get DNA reads most of us would show some kind of "immunity" or high functioning of the processes for drugs/alcohol. We are what we are by the grace of God.
