the KKK was basically what police should be. they did lynch uppity niggers, however they also protected black neighborhoods equally to whote ones.(black people generally had a positive opinion of the KKK). their primary service however was lynching (((carpetbaggers))). it wasnt until some glownigger revived it that it got the treatment it does now.
