I’m assuming it was an accident but there is no excuse for that level of negligence when the hazards of blanks have been drilled into the heads of everyone on set for decades. There is a 20 foot rule for a reason. This is more than negligence, it’s wildly irresponsible and if this weasel tries to pretend he didn’t know or wasn’t aware he’s outright lying.
