Understood but that's a daunting step to take when you understand the machine you're up against. This isn't David v Goliath, this far far far worse odds and it's terrifying.
I understand and I know now might not be a good time for you, and the truth is no time is ever a good time to face horrible odds seemingly alone.
Maybe luck has everything to do with it, maybe nothing. Truth is, if you've already lost, then you have nothing to fear. Just be you, and struggle against them the best way you see fit, and if possible, minimize the risk with sound strategy. For sign drops for example, bike in the trunk, park away from public cameras, face mask, and a change of disposable clothes or clothes you never wear out except for sign drops. I'm not a marine, but in the marines they train them so that if things are going sideways, and you don't know what to do, do SOMETHING, because anything is better than doing nothing, and because a man whos standing still is a target.
And right now, most of us Americans, are sitting on our hands, complacent, playing wait and see, until its too late to save this nation. Question is, if you want to look back and say "I remember when I could have done something, said something, and chose not to."
