Ak47 shoot a 7.62x39 or a 7.62x54. Both those rounds are far superior to the 5.56 or .223 round. In all categories. The Ak47 is a piston driven bolt group which will never jam. It is by far the superior weapon. A 5.56 or .223 round will not Pentatrate walls or harden surfaces like an AK round will.
Interesting.
What about the us military m16 it uses a 5.56. Why is the us military using inferior weapons?or do they use something else now?
If I were to guess Prolly a military contractor money deal thing.
Pretty much. The M16 or not the M2 are far less effective than than any AK platform. The US military went for cost over performance when it dropped from a .308 round of the M1 or M14 because the 5.56 round was half the cost. The m16 was far less effective and more costly to produce because of the composite body parts over wood and aluminum over steel. The military industrial complex allowed sobmany more men to die for the shit bag jew than ever needed to be which is one to many.
I was just looking up an ar15 that chambers 7.62 so I wonder about better accuracy and there may still be the jamming issues.
Maybe saving for a really good ak47 with better accuracy. Article was saying 7.62 is way cheaper than 5.56
This gun thing is new to me. I usually hunt my deer with a chainsaw.
