This is not a fair comparison.
You are comparing an individual to a conglomerate.
Either add up all of the bobs or divide the shell subsidies by number of shell gas stations.
If all of the bobs are recieveing 1500 a year, then that totals 60,000,000,000
Literally thirty times the amount you see as the issue.
If shell is an issue, bob is 30 times the issue.
