If you have soft girl hands then get someone else to go for you, dead giveaway since a farmers hands like a construction workers are like strong leather with callouses all over the palms like a real working mans hands. Hell skip the shower and show up in the afternoon smelling to high heaven, they'll give it to you just so you'll get out of smelling range, it's believable since farmers sweat their asses off, so right from work to the pharmacy no shower. :)
