Years ago, after reading through the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, I came to the conclusion that there must be a “controlled awakening”. That was my term for it, at least. That book outlines a plan whereby the nations are lied to and deceived by their rulers and politicians. The end result is that when the antichrist establishes his kingdom on earth, the nations will be so weary from wars and lies and deception that they will eagerly embrace this new world system…
In other words, it’s all theatrics. Follow your gut feeling, it’s not wrong…
All I know of the Protocols is anecdotal, but it seems I need to read up.
It does feel staged and, as I mentioned in another reply, ham fisted, like it's being rushed. Which could be to your point, perhaps a controlled awakening has already started, and they're having to accelerate.

Yessir. I believe it is ham fisted, too, just a show…but it is easy to get caught up in the theatrics when you are living through it. Back to the Protocols: the end game is the Zionists putting their man on the Throne of David and declaring him to be the Messiah. All of this corruption has been introduced intentionally, and its purpose is to contrast the corruption of the world with the “righteousness” that will be administered by their substitute messiah - the antichrist, if you will. Many people believe that the antichrist will show up on the scene with cloven hooves and a pitchfork, but this is nonsense. The world will herald the antichrist as the messiah, because his rule will usher in a period of peace and prosperity, at least of a sort. In order for people to be able to contrast the two systems, they must first become aware of the utter corruption of the system we now live in. I am afraid that the coming system will be a counterfeit system, substituting AI and technology for the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. We are getting into territory that few here can comprehend because they scoff at spiritual things, but remember the promise of Jehovah: I will be their God, and they will be my people. The God of the Israelites chose his people to be a light unto the world, but they turned away from Him and became the children of the devil. Therefore he turned his back on them and caused a veil to come over the eyes of their understanding. The natural branches were broken off in disbelief, while the wild olive branches are grafted into the the tree through faith. In the end, God can save all - and he will, except for the son of perdition. Yet this was done for our benefit, that we might be partakers in his salvation through Jesus Christ, the only begotten son of the Father. Back to the plan: God’s place will be here on earth, dwelling in a temple built without human hands. Those spiritual stones - believers in Christ Jesus - are being built into a habitation for God. He will indwell them through his Holy Spirit. That is when peace will come upon the earth, because all of creation will be of one accord/one spirit. The technological substitute, IMO, is a fake. Be wary of technology…
And yet in the end, God can use anything to establish his kingdom here on Earth. Who am I to say that God can’t use technology to bring about his will here on earth? These are trying, confusing times, and we must be wary and try to discern truth in this sea of lies and deception.
