It's all been downhill for them since the invention of the matchlock. By the 1900s even third rate European powers or tiny detachments of big powers could crush major Islamic empires. It only changed because post WWII whites no longer permitted themselves to fight wars how they've always been fought, so they allow ambushers to hide amongst the civilians.

That's not the point. They had flintlocks and matchlocks etc. too. The point was that they could not match European military science which developed around that time, and their tribal and nepotistic armies were acting more like European feudal levies even up to today.
There is no further such thing as Europe, it's loaded with muzzies now.
They only get community service for rape and murder of Europeans and that's probably just for show. They have the judge, jury, police, everything in their pockets.
