Muslims are the enemy in the sense that lions are the enemy, they're only a threat if you're dumb enough to go visit them and treat them like a tame house cat or invite them into your home. If you simply leave them where they are they're not a problem.
That's not the way it works. Islam is one of the most expansionist doctrines there are. They are always trying to conquer their neighbors and never giving up. Just look at western Europe completely infested by them.
