The US Central Bank was originally created in 1791 so I'm not sure where your talking point goes with this new information. Here's the entire history of the Central Bank from an academic source:

The first central bank charter ran from 1791 to 1811 when it expired The second charter went from 1816-1836 1837-1862 was the Free banking era 1863-1913 was the National bank era 1913 the charter for a central bank was reissued
