Maybe you’re right. Maybe the Taliban’s sophisticated understanding of Facebook is a normal thing. Despite the low literacy rate, perhaps it is normal for the average Afghani to understand American culture on Facebook enough to influence you. Or, you know, maybe there are some very wealthy sophisticated people attempting to influence international politics. Who knows?
