Yeah, but you have to live their and pay the taxes off. Not a bad idea if you bring a cluster of like minded folks to the same block.

Wouldnt be bad but i wouldnt even have enough bullets. Plus afterwards youd have to hear about how we stole it from niggers who were improving the area

You would be better off buying a few acres in the middle of nowhere and building a new city from scratch.
