If you look at what transpired in Germany, even Berlin recovered from all that degeneracy of the Weimar period. Sorry, I meant it wouldn't be a city but the British people in general, their target is always people, whether they are Chinese, Japanese or European. The selected the two most Christian cities, with high populations, when it came to nuking Japan, it wasn't the structures, it was the people that they wanted gone.
