Sunday as a day of rest was introduced by christianity in europe, just as the rest the christian holidays/rest days btw https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lord's_Day#Edict_of_Constantine

Sorry bro but sabbath and rest days were a jew thing, Christmas/ winter solstice was Rome and many different pagan cultures in different practices yall just added a baby and a cheating ho. Even the way the Bible explains the birth circumstances and moon/star positions says it wasn't during winter. Religion may be good for you bit there are many falsehoods in them and seem to be a way to control people.
