60+ up rocky hills, and nope.
Man, impressive, I jumped a 4 foot gap and landed on a tree root my foot slipped and twisted my ankle. That was like 2 months ago and I still haven't healed. Since then I only hike with boots.
A jump like that could hurt anyone. You just have to slowly work up to it. Wear light shoes and go for walks in the woods, your ankles and calves will strengthen. Your feet will get used to flexing over wobbly terrain, which takes some of the strain off your knees and hips.
When I tried running a mile in minimalist shoes after not doing it for a year, I got cramped calves for a week! It's like running only on your toes, like a sprinter. I find that harder to get used to than the hiking, but it's also possible to go for long runs barefoot.
