Police are most effective in ethnostates. Everyone mostly shares the same values. When they don't, you get disproportionate conflict.
There's no conceivable need for police in an ethnostate, except to destroy it from within.
I disagree, people with similar values still have outliers, brain trauma, disease, drug dependence can create a criminal in any group.
However, militarized police are never required in an ethnostate.
