racism distrust of out-group is woven into the biological framework of all living things. racism hatred of out-group is a natural state and mechanism of survival of all living things. racism intentional dissociation and forced segregation of out-group is a safety mechanism of all living thing.

Well, you have right... and in same time you are wrong. "Racism" is natural state of every human, even animals have something similar. There are interesting studies which say that 'racism' exist even within their own race. In other words people fell more comfortable near people which are similar to them.... hair / eye color, facial features, body odor, etc.
On the other hand we are Homo SAPIENS ( except Zuckerberg and other :p ). Which mean that we have braiiin to overpower such primitive instincts. But braiiiin also are very good in pattern recognition, so if 13% make more than 50%.... People ( again ) naturally develop.... aversion, caution to certain group of people. This aversion , caution are not racism, at least in real meaning of word. But THEY™ change meaning of words.
