I would argue that it was *wrong* not to kill these assholes: if they had this kind of power to collude to fuck one man over, **how many others do you think they victimized like this!?** If Marvin took some of them out, they'd at least be spared his miserable fate. By *not* killing them when knowing what they're capable of, he condemned others to his own miserable demise.
