I wish he did more damage as you put it. He may have not hurt anyone, but I can fucking guarantee you every single time those people see yellow construction equipment, they think of him. And an uneasy feeling of fear creeps up the back of their neck. He is embedded into their thoughts for the rest of their lives. And I think that has to count for something.
