Believe me, I was far worse off young before I was a body builder, I had the worst self esteem, normal average looking but believed I was the ugliest man to walk the earth of all time, also thought I was stupid because everyone called me an idiot then I worked out and got an over full belief of myself. Now I'm in the middle, don't want the stupid picky girls like I wanted since they were cute but still so dumb talking was a thing to be avoided since I won't lie like say I love you or your the most beautiful or the smartest now in my life, also sex with someone I don't feel something for besides in my pants. I don't like socializing and you don't know how dumb the person is I'm speaking to till it's to late or if they are nuts.
Yes, but none of it negates the diet advice I gave, bro. Get milk, oj, and broth in your diet. Add more seafood and beef liver right now. You will feel like a million bucks, bro. And none of them dumb hoes will be a bother.
I drink milk, eat nectarines and vitamin C and eat meat daily don't have broth in the house if you mean bullion which makes broth. Also we use butter got rid of margarine but use the fucking skim milk. Also worked the first day today in over 2 years and didn't do a little and actually they said I did fine did about 3 or 4 miles back and forth in the 4 hrs I worked after paperwork and kept up which shocked me and I didn't injure or get that sore also when I checked out I was awake since yesterday at 8am till today 3:30pm no sleep at all for 34hrs at this time so about normal between 26 and 60 hrs between sleep now I guarantee working labor again I'll sleep like a baby like the old days.
I'm usually at the computer fucking around 16 to 18 hrs a day and on get up to use bathroom or downstairs to make something in kitchen. My tough part is I switched to decaf a month or so back.
Very good to know your diet is good. And good for you for getting a job. I agree with physical labour, nothing makes me fall asleep quickly like physical labour.
I meant broth that you yourself make out of bones, not bouillon powder.
