I’ve been over this another time on here before, but I think a sweeping statement that says people shouldn’t get tattoos is kind of stupid. Tattoos have a role in many niches of American culture. Like American motorcycle clubs and the military, especially the Navy.
When I see an otherwise pretty lady with tatts covering her skin, I think, "Wtf, does she identify as a drunken sailor?"
Yeah I’m with you. I hate to see a beautiful girl mark up her skin like that.
It shows lack of impulse control.
I can guarantee, 99.999% of the people who spend $300 for that tattoo have better things to spend $300 on.
Thus, when you see a person with a tattoo, de-prioritize their position in your life. Because if they can't even properly prioritize themselves, they won't be able prioritize their place within the social hierarchy you belong to. They will be a parasite.
Sooner or later, this person will need a forward on his pay check, and the only response should be "Go pawn off your tattoo".
And when they have an excess of $300 disposable income?
Consider the 99 percentile customer at a tattoo shop. They don't exactly have $300 in disposable income in the first place. People with disposable income know what money is worth and they don't waste it on tattoos. That's the whole reason they have disposable income in the first place. They don't have poor impulse control and they don't waste money.
ANYTHING is a better investment than a tattoo.
Even if you are just "throwing money away". Throwing your money at pretty much ANYTHING else is better than a tattoo.
What would you rather have in in 30 years? That tattoo? or the memory of that day you spent at the amusement park with your kids? People with no impulse control choose the tattoo.

And they are all cringe and tacky as fuck. In addition they're used to identify you SPECIFICALLY with even a shitty res photo. Tattoos are jews' idea, are the mark of the beast.

Small, personally relevant tattoos: as I stated in the OP. Not tattoos as they are now. Pay attention to the nuance. I am very specific with my words.
Tattoos are a sign of lack of individuality, a herd mentality that is easily influenced and easily led.
I disagree. Our ancient gods gave us the most beautiful skin of all the races. To tattoo is is a disgrace to their grace.
