I don't think you guys get it. Taxes only work on average middle class wage slaves. No one else pays taxes. The rich certainly do not and will not. Once you get enough money, one of the first things you should do is find out how to avoid as many taxes as possible.

The only thing passing any more taxes does is increases the burden on mean middle class wage slaves.

Those opinion pieces aren't wrong in a very nuanced and pedantic way. Though they're unintentionally that. That's just a clown world reality. Why? So what they're saying is don't tax them more. And I agree. That isn't the problem that the rich don't get taxed enough. They do. What the problem is are (((tax breaks))) and loopholes etc. ▲The above is the nuance.
