I just saw a video on reddit where they were all stumbling around and falling in the dirt on the moon. I was like fucked up this alone makes the thing completely unbelievable. No one would EVER test the constitution of their first ever space suit by doing knee dives in the fucking dirt in space.
It's one thing to fall, but that would be the most careful fucking thing you ever did, every step and every aspect of every step would be taken to mitigate a potential fall and stop one from ever being possible. They were knee diving the dirt.
Hell I fucking drill into concrete with more care for the respiratory gear I've got on than they do in fucking space.
100% the thing is so fucking ridiculous when u look into it.
Their overall carefree demeanor is all the proof you’ll ever need. They are supposedly a quarter million miles away in an unknown place, with no chance of rescue, in a state of constant and unknown peril (micrometeorites could have killed them any second just for one example), one wrong step away from asphyxiation or some other form of violent death, yet they are composing themselves like a few goofballs on the golf course.
It's one of my 10 but honestly listening to them talk was so fucking retarded no one in that situation would be acting that way.
They fucking way they talk during their time on the moon sounds more like guys going to the beach not guys 290,000 miles from earth in the vacum of space where any tiny mistep is certain death. Go back and listen and realise there is no fucking way they should be that glib and relaxed.
