Actually cannabis

A 34-year-old woman with no significant psychiatric history presented to the emergency department (ED) with erratic and disruptive behavior. She broke into a neighbor's home, requesting to "go to heaven." She feared people were stealing from her and that "something bad" was going to happen. She reported insomnia, racing thoughts, and euphoria for the past week.

Depends on the dose and mental stability of the person. Also there's good weed and shitty weed bred for maximum thc content.

>The patient admitted to using cannabis lip balm and consuming edible cannabis chocolate bars daily over the past week, most recently the day of presentation. She could not quantify her consumption.

In this case she was eating pot brownies all week. Nothing unusual. Edible cannabis is significantly more potent than smoked and with a high dose effects can persist for a couple of days. You don't just binge highly psychoactive substances for a week straight and expect your mind to not fall apart.
