I think 99% of people who have tattoos shouldn’t have them, and especially on women, but I think tattoos do have a role in certain niches of American culture. Like the American motorcycle clubs. It makes me cringe to see most people with tattoos, but it can be done artfully, and in the right situation. But the normalization of tattoos for your average person is definitely making society uglier, but so are a lot of different trends that they adopt.
