I read couple years ago that worst serial killer in Afro'murica history are some black dude. But THEY™ make some mumbo - jumbo stuff so he don't appear in statistics, research's etc. Don't know are this guy same. Easy - peasy, just remove all POC from list and you are left only with evil whites.
