There was a story going around about mayor Koch in NY back in the 70s. He banned queers and any kind of queer parade because when he was taken on a trip to Greenwich Village (where the scum of earth used to congregate), he witnessed an openly gay bar window display of some musclebound queer with a dwarf on the end of each fist.

It spreads through fucking that tears up body tissue.. Like anal sex, or rape. I think you can still get it from a regular ol’ hetero encounter but it’s harder to contract that way. The semen needs to come into co tact with your bloodstream.

I understand how its more likely to happen with anal. But it def happens with vaginal sex. And it seems to be spread almost exclusively through hetero sex in SS Africa. I used to assume there was a lot of gay going on there but I now think it is mainly due to their promiscuous hetersexual behavior. They are very “polyamorous”, several different people over the same period. Other std like herpes and warts are also going to increase these issues because they cause open wounds.
