For the individual members to be highly interdependent and to absorb as a group the risks of the individual in order that all have safety and stability, ground rules must be establish so that individuals do not subject the group to undue risk for selfish reasons. People who use drugs all day and make babies they cant care for and don’t work and sometimes rob or kill or spread disease and cause car accidents and use up healthcare resources disproportionately are a burden on the entire society. It is not dictatorship to establish rules of behavior and white people have alway had a lot of them. Rules are why we have nice things. Whites have high standards of behavior.
